font-size: 180%; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Preparación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Poner los copos de avena a cocer con el agua durante 15 minutos aprox.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Una vez cocida, sacar 2/3 partes del agua (de este modo se bate mejor), y  batir enérgicamente en un robot de cocina que sea potente (yo utilizo la Thermomix).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Cuando la avena ya esté bien batida, añadir de nuevo el agua que habíamos sacado y batir de nuevo un poquito para que todo quede bien mezclado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Pasar la mezcla por un colador muy fino, para apartar la mayor parte de la avena.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Volver a colar poniendo sobre el colador una estameña (o paño bien tupido) para filtrar cualquier resto de avena que pudiera quedar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Endulzar con 2 cucharadas de sirope de ágave (endulzante natural con bajo poder calórico), o el endulzante que se suela utilizar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Añadir una cucharadita de canela (hay quien en la cocción le añade un poco de vainilla). Programar 2 min. - V. 9&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;- Añadir el resto del agua, el sirope o azúcar y el aceite (y la harina de avena si la queréis añadir) y programar: 40 min. - 90º - V. 3. Al poco tiempo, empezará a salir por el vocal del vaso espuma. Ir retirándola para eliminar las impurezas y continuar con la cocción.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;- Una vez terminado el tiempo, colar la leche poniendo sobre el colador una gasa o pañito de estameña.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;- No tirar los residuos de la soja &lt;a href="http://www.sld.cu/galerias/pdf/sitios/diabetes/la_okara,_un_nuevo_derivado_de_la_soja.pdf"&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;(okara)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; , pues se pueden aprovechar para otras elaboraciones, como puede ser el pan, hamburguesas, etc.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;- Guardar la leche en la nevera. Lavar, secar y dejar los rabillos, cortándolos al ras de la guinda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Escaldar los tarros durante 10 minutos en agua hirviendo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Una vez escaldados, sacar del agua y  dejar escurrir sobre un paño limpio. Cuando estén fríos, introducir las guindas con los clavos y la canela.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Poner en una cazuela el agua y el azúcar, y hervir hasta que el  almíbar se coloree ligeramente. Cuando esté requemado, se añade el agua junto con el té, la menta y el café soluble, y cocer todo durante 30 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;- Pasado este tiempo, agregar el orujo con el azúcar y dejar enfriar.
